DR. FAUZIAH MOHAMED YUNUS
Dr. Fauziah started her career in creating beautiful smiles since 1988. Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, she graduated from University of Malaya, having receive the prestigious ‘Fellow Of The International College Of Dental Surgeons’ in 1990 and the ‘Comprehensive Licence Certification In Implant Dentistry’ from the Ministry of Health, UAE in 2013. Dr. Fauziah is also an avid SCUBA diver, a PADI open Water SCUBA instructor and Dolphin Rebreather Diver since 1999. She writes a travelogue on her many trips abroad and loves mixed media, acrylic painting, and photography of both land and underwater sceneries.
Dr. Fauziah brings her creativity, eye for detail, and love for colours and contours into her work whenever creating beautiful smiles. She makes patients feel at as she listens attentively to their needs. Her goal is to have patients feel confident that they are cared for, leaving the clinic in a happier place than when they came in.
DR. NOOR MAWARNI ABDUL JALIL
Dr. Mawarni joined our line up of cosmetic dentists in 2013. She hails from Johor Bahru where she went to school before obtaining her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from University of Malaya.
Happily married with two kids, Dr. Mawarni served in the Malaysia Armed Forces as a Captain. This plucky young lady is not only a capable dentist, but also an adventurous one. She completed her military airborne parachute course whilst in the military. She brings along with her a great sense of commitment to patients, as seeing them satisfied with their treatment is very dear to her. She patiently explains her treatment plans, ensuring that they will leave the clinic well informed and happy.
DR. NIK ROSLIN NIK SULAIMAN
Dr. Nik Roslin Nik Sulaiman is from Kota Bharu, Kelantan. A University of Malaya graduate, Dr Nik was attached briefly with the Dental Faculty of University Sains Malaysia before leading the Dream Smile Team in Taman Melawati since 2006.
Dr. Nik loves singing! Patients often comment how she hums and sings softly whilst at works of creating makeovers, making them relaxed, and feeling well cared for. When not at the clinic, Dr. Nik spend her evenings and weekends baking and sewing. This gentle lady has a ready smile which makes her popular among kids and adults. Her secret to a beautiful personality is to have a healthy physical and spiritual life!
DR. JAUHARATUD-DINI RAMLY
Dr. Dini grew up in Kuantan, Pahang. She too graduated from the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur and served in the Ministry of Health, before joining the Taman Melawati branch. She has 2 young daughters who takes up much of her time whenever away from the clinic, yet still finds time to go on picnics and jungle tracking.
Dr. Dini’s flair for design and colour shows in everything she does. She creates beautiful makeovers after getting to know her patients with her quiet soft-spoken style. She brings elegance, beauty, and grace to her work, creating beautiful dream smiles every day.
DR. GAN SHOU WAN
Dr Gan grew up in a small town in Johor. She graduated with Bachelor of Science (Actuarial Science) in University Kebangsaan Malaysia and subsequently worked as an actuarial officer in one of the large insurance companies in Kuala Lumpur, before deciding to follow her true calling … to be a dentist!
With blessings from her family, Dr Gan resumed her studies in Dentistry and graduated from International Medical University with Bachelor of Dental Surgery. She served the Ministry of Health for several years in Malacca, the historical city of Malaysia, prior to joining Klinik Pergigian Fauziah in 2017.
When not in the clinic and being a mother of one, Dr Gan spends most of her time taking care of her precious child. However, as a nature lover, she still finds the time in between her busy schedule for hiking and jogging, and traveling to different parts of the world to broaden her knowledge and learn more of various cultures.
Obviously her secret of success is to never stop learning. Dr Gan is committed to provide the best and up-to-date treatments for her patients. She completed the first part of MSc in Implantology under the McGann Postgraduate program in year 2015 and underwent Aesthetic Dentistry training with several international renowned trainers.
Dr Gan has a special interest in the field of Periodontics where she helps patients with gum problems (mobile teeth, receding gum and gum disease) as for a beautiful smile to last a lifetime, your gums have to be healthy too!
Patient’s satisfaction is her greatest motivation to continue providing quality work and to give the best care always.
DR. TAN SWEE LING
Dr Tan Swee Ling is the eldest and the only daughter in her family, which is why she has always been someone who cares and is thoughtful of others, not only to her family, but to her patients as well.
Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Dr Tan is no stranger to Klinik Pergigian Fauziah, she has been our patient since she was a small child and now, as a competent Dental Surgeon, she has joined our Dream Smile Team as an Associate in 2017.
Dr Tan received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Penang International Dental College, and has served the Ministry of Health in the state of Johor.
She loves to take brisk walks along parks in the company of her friends, catching up on their daily lives and hanging out together. Dr Tan enjoys traveling and researching for new places to go to, creating ‘foodie-trips’ as she looks for wonderful new cuisines available in each place they go to. After studying ballet for eleven years, she continues to keep fit through dance classes.
Dr Tan constantly strives to improve herself especially in the field of esthetic dentistry. She is currently enrolled in the Beethoven Damon Master Program a two-year course in the field of Damon orthodontics.
DR. SHANAZ STEPHEN
Dr Shanaz holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from MAHSA University. He comes from a family of dentists; his grandfather, father and mother are all dentists, which makes him a third-generation dental surgeon.
As he currently is waiting for his posting in the Ministry of Health, Dr Shanaz is our General Manager, bringing to Klinik Pergigian Fauziah a fresh and current perspective in its management.
Dr Shanaz enjoys running marathons and has completed four 42km Marathons and several 21km Marathons. He also is an avid enthusiast of wall climbing and trekking, often planning trips to trek mountains in South East Asia with his friends. To keep fit, Dr Shanaz plays touch rugby and works out in the gym.
He has attended several workshops in the past in the field of orthodontics and implants. He has a special interest in Periodontology and Aesthetic dentistry. Whilst he waits to complete his compulsory dental service, Dr Shanaz is about to embark on his Masters in Business Administration.
DR. TAN MING HOE

After completing his high school diploma, Dr Tan Ming Hoe decided to take the road less travelled. Dr Tan opted to take a gap year before enrolling into university and found himself mesmerized by dentistry as a profession while he worked as a dental technician. Being the first and only dentist in the family, he strongly believes that passion is what drives growth in his career. Today, he holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from MAHSA University, graduating with a merit in Conservative Dentistry.
Dentistry is, in fact, what bridges art and science. Having exposed to the “art” element of dentistry early on, he developed a special interest in aesthetic and restorative dentistry. Although beauty does lie in the eyes of the beholder, an artist plays an indefinite role in carving smiles. With this, Dr Tan is a firm believer of continuous training and education to bring out the best to his patients. Some of the several workshops that he has attended include fields like implant and aesthetic dentistry.
To have a balanced life, Dr Tan enjoys playing sports in his free time. Badminton and working out in the gym quickly became a hobby, as he believes health is what keeps him focused in career and daily life.
THE DREAM SMILE SUPPORT TEAM, PUBLIKA SOLARIS DUTAMAS
Klinik Pergigian Fauziah in Publika opened it’s doors in April 2014. This location is ideal as it is accessible from all major highways so as to allow patients from Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Putrajaya, Rawang and even Seremban to have no difficulty when coming to visit us. Publika is one of the more popular places to hang out in Kuala Lumpur, and so after your treatment you can shop, dine and even visit the numerous spas located in Publika.
The Publika branch is managed by Omar. He is the friendly Clinic Manager that is on hand to help you with placing your appointments, getting to the clinic and answering any questions you may have on the procedures we provide. The nursing team is headed by Akma, who together with Vithiya and Balqis assist chair-side as full partners with the dentists.
Our Finance Department is located here headed by Raja Syaridayu and assisted by Hadizah. They are the backbone in the smooth running of all the branches.
The dentists here are Dr Fauziah, Dr Gan Shou Wan and Dr. Tan Swee Ling.
THE DREAM SMILE SUPPORT TEAM, MENARA CENTARA
n July 2017 Klinik Pergigian Fauziah in Menara Centara began operations. The clinic was relocated from it’s former site just 50m away.
Located on the ground floor and near the entrance of Menara Centara, Klinik Pergigian Fauziah is perfect for patients with impaired mobility and the wheel chair bound. For patients who prefer to use the LRT, the station Sultan Ismail is just a short walk away. Ample parking is available in the visitor’s car park located in the building.
The support team is headed by Clinic Manager, Lyn Daud. Together with Intan Shafika, the Alternate Clinic Manager, they are happy to answer your phone queries and assist you to schedule an appointment that best suits your needs. Lyn and Intan go out of their way to call you the next day after each treatment to ensure that you are comfortable and will be ready to help you if you need further assistance. They work as a Team so your experience of our services are always satisfying and rewarding. The support nurses are headed by Najiha, who works well together with Hajirah, Mazwin and Pitriya.
The Dental Surgeons practicing in Menara Centara are Dr Mawarni, Dr Nur Adyan and Dr Tan Ming Hoe.
THE DREAM SMILE SUPPORT TEAM, TAMAN MELAWATI
The Dream Smile Support Team in Taman Melawati is led by Clinic Manager, Nuraini. Aini is well known and familiar to all our patients. She makes it a point to remember the names of our patients, who is married to whom and the names of their children, not only because she is at the front desk and answers the many calls that come in, but because she genuinely cares for the patients. Aini has been with us for several years and is the backbone of Klinik Pergigian Fauziah in Taman Melawati.
Aini is assisted by Alternate Clinic Manager, Suhada, who always greet patients with her gentle smile. Both Aini and Su ably manage the clinic’s reception and will be on hand to answer your calls. The nursing team is headed by Rose who together with the other dental nurses, Hamsiah and Norliza, would be assisting in the clinics. They have undergone intensive training on dental assisting chair-side and infection control procedures.
The dentists here are Dr Nik Roslin and Dr Jauharatud-Dini.
